Gene D. Neill is Vice President of Human Resources for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Neil is responsible for the ongoing development and refining of responsive employee/management relationships; oversight of all employment activities, including recruitment of all positions; and the development and administration of the organization's compensation, benefits, training, EEO and diversity programs.
Prior to joining MBA in 1981, Neill served as a compensation analyst with the American Petroleum Institute. While there, she designed, implemented and administered all compensation programs for the Institute.
Neill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the Catholic University of America in Washington , D.C. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
