Purpose:
Provide strategic direction for commercial and multifamily members to meet the revolutionary changes in information technology as they apply to the commercial/multifamily real estate finance industry. Current Initiatives:
- to continue to provide unbiased information on e-commerce and technology developments, products and services to MBA members
- to promote the industry-wide adoption of MISMO®'s commercial data standards, and to leverage these standards to improve data transparency across all industry stakeholders;
- and to promote best practices and awareness about privacy and data/transactional security and to extend MBA's broad capabilities in this area to the commercial industry.
