Purpose: Serve as a forum for discussions relating to underwriting and due diligence of real estate collateral for financing including the: (a) evaluation of physical condition, the assessment of environmental issues, the valuation of income property and the use of third party reports; (b) compliance with standard lender conditions precedent to closing and funding loans; (e.g. title insurance and surveys, lease reviews, hazard and flood insurance; borrower organizational documents, etc.), and (c) standardization of loan closing documentation.
