Competitive Cash Compensation
The most tangible component of your total compensation package is your paycheck. We use detailed market salary information and benchmarking pegged at the third quartile to establish appropriate salary ranges. Your job performance, achievement of individual goals and your demonstration of the basic values critical to MBA's success determine your future salary increases.

Medical and Prescription Drugs
Understanding the importance of flexibility, MBA offers a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) health plan through CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield, which has in-network and out-of-network components. With the PPO plan, you have some flexibility in the providers you can use. Prescription drug coverage is also provided.

Dental
MBA offers in-network and out-of-network dental coverage. Our dental benefits provide in-network 100 percent coverage for two routine dental exams per family member each year. Orthodontic treatment is covered, with certain limitations, for dependent children under age 19. Other types of services such as X-rays, fillings and oral surgery are also covered after you meet an annual deductible.

Vision
MBA's vision program covers one exam and one pair of glasses or contact lenses per family member per year after a small co-payment. You also receive discounts on special lenses and laser eye surgery.

Income Protection Benefits
MBA's income protection benefits provide you and your survivors with valuable income replacement in the event of disability or death.

Short-Term Disability
If you become sick or disabled and are unable to work, MBA provides short-term disability benefits at no cost to you that replace 66 2/3 percent of your basic weekly earnings, up to a maximum of $1,500 per week, after a 15-day waiting period.

Long-Term Disability
MBA also provides long-term disability benefits at no cost to you that protect you if you can't work due to sickness or disability. Long-term Disability benefits replace 66 2/3 percent of your monthly base salary, up to a maximum of $10,000, after a 90-day waiting period.

Life Insurance
MBA provides life insurance protection for you at no cost. In the event of your death, MBA will pay your beneficiary an amount equal to twice your annual base salary, up to $500,000. Also included is dependent life insurance for your spouse and children.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
MBA provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage for you at no cost. In the event of your death or dismemberment as a result of an accident, MBA will pay you or your beneficiary an amount equal to twice your annual base salary, up to $500,000.

Business Travel Accident Insurance
MBA also pays the full cost of added protection up to $100,000 to you or your beneficiary if you sustain accidental bodily injuries or die while traveling on MBA business.

401(k) Savings Plan
Our 401(k) Savings Plan allows you to save for the future on a tax-deferred basis. You are eligible to contribute between 1 percent and 16 percent of your base salary before taxes, as set by the IRS.
