Your Essential Resource for State Activity Relating to Real Estate Finance
The State Legislative and Regulatory Resource Center helps state and local MBAs and mortgage banking professionals stay abreast of state and local legislative and regulatory matters affecting the real estate finance industry. The resources and services include information about the State Legislative and Regulatory Committee, MBAlerts, MBA's State Legislative Database, monthly exchange calls, specialized and topical resource centers, state MBA contacts and leaders, MBA issue briefs, and other state-related resources.
The Resource Center is specifically designed to serve as a central repository for MBA’s information and documents for state and local mortgage banking leaders throughout the country. From issue briefs and larger issue papers, to advocacy tools accessible through the Mortgage Action Alliance, Inc., the Resource Center’s many tools are designed to not only assist state and local MBAs in providing value to their members but also to leverage their members in the advocacy discussions in their state. State and local MBA leaders are encouraged to bookmark this page, and make suggestions to MBA for ways to improve its contents.
