The comment period for submitting responses to MBA’s request for input regarding the Draft Model Loan Purchase and Sale Agreement closed on September 8, 2009. MBA’s Secondary and Capital Markets Committee is currently evaluating the comments that were submitted. A revised version reflecting modifications the committee believes are relevant will be issued on or before October 11, 2009 at MBA’s Annual Convention.
