Commercial/Multifamily Survey of Mortgage Servicing Volumes
MBA’s survey of servicers released two times a year mid-year and year-end gathers data on the volume of loans serviced by servicers and includes breakouts on total, primary and master, and special CMBS servicing. It also ranks servicing firms by their total servicing volumes, including CMBS, life and other investors groups.
