Nancy Acosta-Benites

Nancy Acosta-Benites is Assistant Vice President and Manager of Operations with GMAC Mortgage Corporation in Mesa, California. Her primary responsibility is to assist the Vice President of Operations in his duties; work with business analysts assessing the various departments within our enterprise and integrate policies and procedures. Also, evaluate the processes in the various units and look for ways to process improvements.

Nancy has been in the industry over 17 years, beginning as an Administrative Assistant with American Residential Mortgage, closing FHA loans and served a minority community. She began working for Ditech in 1995, as and escrow/title clerk for new production. She was later promoted to Supervisor and Manager for the Post-Closing and Shipping Departments.

She is currently attending the University of Phoenix to complete her Bachelor's Degree in management. Graduation is June, 2003.

Treaty Armstrong

Treaty Armstrong is a Project Manager with CitiMortgage, Inc., in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Responsible for the initiation development and test phases for all assigned projects in the Franchise Development department. Coordinating with Information Systems, Business Managers, and end-user resources to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. Provide and utilize necessary tools to facilitate and document project results. Facilitate and lead project meetings.

Treaty is Sophomore Standing and is very active with volunteer activities, including Habitat For Humanity, Christmas in April, and American Heart Association.

Dana Best is the Contract Administration Manager with CitiMortgage, Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri. Dana is responsible for all wholesale pricing contracting which includes, creating and initiating special pricing contracts, evaluating prospective clients against specified criteria to determine eligibility for pricing contracts, administering MIS to communicate performance to Wholesale Senior Management and serving as analytical support for Wholesale Pricing.

Before joining CitiMortgage, Inc., in 1993, Dana worked as Associates Financial-Contract Buyer and Consumer Credit Underwriter for Citicorp.

Dana has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor (Law).

She is very active with the NAACP.

Deborah C. Smith

Deborah C. Smith is Credit Analyst III with CitiMortgage, Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri. She is underwriter of Conventional Conforming & Non-Conforming, CRA Loans, Subsidy Loan Programs, Bond Loans, Delegated Underwriter for Federal Housing Administration (FHA), FHA 203(k) Rehabilitation Loans and Veterans Administration (VA Mortgage Loans. Serves as a member of the Multi-Level Review Committee at CitiMortgage. The Multi-Level Review Committee is responsible for ensuring all underwriting policies are interpreted and applied fairly and consistently and to ensure that we have thoroughly explored every option available to make the loan. Assist in the mentoring of the underwriting staff, provide second level review for credit exceptions and assist in training and development topics for the underwriting staff.

Before joining CitiMortgage, Inc., in 2000, Deborah was Branch Operations Manager for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Chief Underwriter for FHA, VA, Conventional Conforming and Non-Conforming, Second Mortgage and Home Equity loans. Responsible for overall branch operations involving processing, underwriting and closing. Performed audits, reviewed loans for compliance and ensured all loans met product parameters. Managed and trained operations staff.

She holds a BS Business Administration, Finance Minor, Illinois State University, Normal, IL.

Deborah is active in the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women; March of Dimes Board; CitiMortgage March of Dimes Volunteer Board.

Temika Warren

Temika Warren is an Asset Transfer Specialist with CitiMortgage, Inc, in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsible for the coordination of bulk deals; auditing collateral and salability files from various companies; fund all loans in the bulk trade via wire, QC information in the DLS system.

Before joining CitiMortgage in 1993, she was employed as debt-broker in accounting, processed and funded over 80 loans per day via wire transfers, MX cheque express and custom checks, reconciled all loans processed. Some forms of collections, journal entries; reconciled fee reports from various departments.

She holds an Associates Degree, Florissant Valley Community College.

Kimberley Hannah is the Team Leader for Broker Closing with CitiMortgage in Farmington Hills, Michigan where she is responsible for training closers and funders with FHA and VA loans. Before joining CitiMortgage in 1966, Kimberly worked for four years as a Broker Closer and Broker Client Relations Representative for 1 year.

Kimberly is a graduate of Wayne State University.

He has been with CitiMortgage since 1997, and worked as an Underwriter, for Portfolio Direct, Broker, Correspondent, and Community Lending. Prior to joining CitiMortgage, Inc., Kennard was a Loan Officer, HomeFirst National; and Financial Representative, American General Finance.

Robin E. Ferguson

Robin E. Ferguson is a Statement Administration Analyst with Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation in Columbus, Ohio. Robin is responsible for managing vendor relationships and projects related to ALS system enhancements and production fixes to ensure proper conveyance to the customer through correspondence and billing from all channels.

Before joining Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation in 1993, Robin worked in Investor Reporting, managing the REMIC Investor Reporting department; responsible for loan-level reconciliation and remittance to REMIC securities using various accounting methods. Other mortgage banking experience includes two years of Custodial Accounting and Records Management.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, The Ohio State University, currently working towards a Masters in Business Administration at Franklin University.

Kathy Fang

Kathy Fang is presently employed with CitiMortgage, as manager of the Escrow department, with the responsibility to manage the performance of the initial, short cycle and annual analysis process on escrowed loans. To ensure compliance with department procedures, corporate policies, internal and external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Before joining CitiMortgage in 1997, Kathy managed conforming assets sales to GNMA, FNMA, and FHLMC. She also analyzed and hedged mortgage inventory and pipeline using MBS forwards and options.

Kathy holds a B.S. in Engineering andis a CPA.
